Our Recruitment Process:

  • Brief is obtained from the client
  • We scrutinize our existing database for possible candidates
  • Advertisements are placed on leading job portals
  • We short-list CVs, interview and screen possible suitable candidates
  • CVs of candidates that best match the client's requirements for the vacancy, are retyped using our standard CV template containing detailed employment history, which is then forwarded to the client. 
  • The client advises KLB Recruitment regarding the possible candidates they would be interested in interviewing and confirms interview dates and times. KLB Recruitment arranges the interview with the candidate and confirms with the client
  • Should the client be interested in possibly employing a candidate, the client will notify KLB Recruitment whether confidential employer reference checks are required. Where required and if possible, 2 reference checks will be conducted. 
  • Additional checks and verifications are completed by the client's request
  • Upon the client employing a candidate, regular follow-ups will be done with the client on the candidate's progress.
